Dermatology Residency Program Director Opportunity in Greenville, NC-Academic Employment
ECU Health is a mission-driven academic healthcare system seeking a board-certified Dermatologist to serve as the Dermatology Residency Program Director at the Brody School of Medicine in Greenville, North Carolina. The role involves leading the establishment of a new dermatology residency program while providing clinical care, teaching, and conducting clinical research.

Responsibilities
Lead the effort to start a new dermatology residency program
Provide direct clinical care
Teach primary care residents and medical students
Conduct clinical research
Manage a general dermatology clinic and procedures
Build a cosmetic practice if desired
Collaborate with a local Veterans Administration Medical Center
Utilize dedicated administrative time
Qualification
Required
MD or DO degree
Board-certified Dermatologist
At least 5 years of experience in dermatology
Ability to lead the effort to start a new dermatology residency program
Preferred
Candidates with less than 5 years of experience will be considered for an assistant program director position until the 5 year requirement is met
