Responsibilities

Serve as the central hub for performance data and trends, leveraging advanced data analysis techniques to monitor, predict, and enhance 3D printing production efficiency.

Lead comprehensive root cause analysis on complex issues, employing a methodical approach to identify underlying factors and implement long-term sustainable solutions.

Develop and maintain systems designed to provide proactive triggers and alerts, minimizing downtime and preventing production issues before they occur.

Take charge of delta qualifications triggered by new material development, new processes, machine upgrades, or environmental adjustments, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining product quality standards.

Collaborate closely with the operations and AM technology teams, ensuring a cohesive strategy that aligns with production goals and company-wide objectives.

Implement and oversee continuous improvement projects, utilizing your deep understanding of additive manufacturing processes to drive innovation and efficiency.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technological developments, applying this knowledge to enhance production capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.

Champion the dissemination of knowledge and best practices within the organization, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or closely related fields.

Minimum 3 years of direct experience in quality engineering within the additive manufacturing or 3D printing sector.

Exceptional skills in data analysis and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

Demonstrated expertise in conducting detailed root cause analysis and developing effective preventative strategies.

Proven track record in managing delta qualifications and ensuring product quality amidst changes.

Strong communication skills, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading through influence.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
