Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and release of complex QE/QA projects across multiple teams to deliver thought leadership, guidance, and scalable quality frameworks.

Collaborate closely with other engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on product quality standards and drive successful integration of QE/QA strategies.

Foster a culture of continuous learning, caring, and improvement within the team and broader engineering organization, promoting adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.

Lead recruitment, mentoring, and professional development initiatives within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.

Continually evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential application and benefits to the organization.

Required

6-8+ years of experience in QE/QA, with at least 4 years managing a QE/QA team

Excellent written and verbal communication ability, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Excellent project management skills for building and maintaining high quality and rapid release processes and infrastructure

Technical expertise building and maintaining a QE & QA engineering program

Proven track record of successfully implementing new technologies within organizations

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
