Responsibilities
Understand, promote, and conduct presentations to showcase the Security 101 value proposition to clients.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on industry trends to identify new sales opportunities.
Conduct consultative site surveys, system design, estimating, and proposal writing.

Required
2-5 years of outside B2B consultative sales experience in commercial electronic security integration in the Phoenix market
Experience in RMR (Recurring Monthly Revenue) sales
Meeting sales objectives
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Networking abilities
Capability to work under pressure
Knack for explaining product features and benefits
Goal-oriented, competitive, resilient, passionate about selling
Experienced in customer site walk-throughs, estimating building system installations, and identifying service opportunities
High School (or GED) minimum requirement
