Responsibilities

Own the user experience for key high-visibility product initiatives at Wonders, from initial concepting and prototyping through to development, launch, and continued iteration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and more

Participate in and lead user interviews and user research to ensure solutions meet core needs

Work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, constantly learning and growing

Required

5+ years of UX design experience

Demonstrated experience owning and driving design from ideation through to implementation and iteration

Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills, especially with product and engineering but also with cross-functional teams and leads

Experience conducting user interviews and user research

Bias for action and a drive to get things done, wearing multiple hats as needed

Excitement to build products for restaurant owners and operators
