Responsibilities

Manages specific project areas or multiple trade scopes on large projects

Participates in preconstruction services, engineering sessions, and reviews design documents

Identifies key subcontractors, creates bid packages, and reviews schedule information

Develops and maintains financial reports, manages change order process, and enforces bonding and insurance policies

Administers document control processes, prepares reports, and manages field operations

Implements safety and quality control programs, manages project closeout, and post-construction services

Participates in company-sponsored events, training programs, and other assigned duties

Required

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline or 5 years’ experience

4+ years’ experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager on multifamily, hotel or high-rise construction projects

Strong computer skills are a necessity, including familiarity with construction project management applications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills and are required to interface directly with trade contractors, owners' representatives, the design team, building departments and other team members

Strong leadership skills are required

Project management finance skills are required
