Responsibilities
Diagnose the root cause of system failures and isolate the components/failure nodes
Respond to emergencies and provide remedy for catastrophic failure events
Develop and publish test reports and communicate findings to team members
Utilize basic scripting skills for automating validation tests
Collaborate with Sales teams, Field Engineers, Product Managers to understand and formulate product requirements
Work with cross-functional teams on assigned projects

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering with 8 years of hands-on experience in server/computer architecture environment
Understanding of GPU technology and industry offering such as Nvidia Tesla, and AMD GPUs
Familiar with the server and/or storage system architecture
Familiar with Windows Server and Linux operating systems
Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
Demonstrate understanding of how to successfully work in cross-functional organizations
Preferred
Master’s degree

Familiar with Windows Server and Linux operating systems such as Ubuntu and Redhat
