Responsibilities
Implement Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to manage project execution and delivery. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, to ensure transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Lead the end-to-end project management process, including project planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and best practices.
Engage with stakeholders, including Product Owners, business leaders, and technical teams, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and manage expectations. Maintain open communication channels, provide regular project updates, and address stakeholder concerns to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential obstacles and ensure project success. Proactively monitor project progress and address deviations from the plan in a timely manner.
Manage project resources, including team members, budget, and external vendors, to ensure optimal resource utilization and project delivery within budget and timeline constraints. Coordinate with functional managers to allocate resources effectively and address resource constraints as needed.
Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project performance and quality. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, tools, and practices. Solicit feedback from project team members and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize project performance and delivery outcomes.

Required
Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Agile certification is a plus.
Proven experience (3-5 years) managing projects using Agile methodologies, preferably in the context of enterprise platforms.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with hands-on experience in implementing Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus, resolve conflicts, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Experience managing projects related to enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, Workfront, or similar systems is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Preferred
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or Workfront is preferred.
