Responsibilities
As part of the Product Design Team, reporting to the Principal Product Designer, you will help flesh out user stories with your insightful questions and constructive feedback.
You will play a leading role in translating those stories into user experience solutions through mock-ups and prototypes.
You will work closely with engineers to address edge cases or technical roadblocks and suggest and/or make design changes on the fly.
Design graphics that enforce the brand for the product, help content, or for internal or client-facing events.
Advocate for the adoption of the Design System across the company and identify gaps and redundancies as it evolves.

Required
Experience designing work-flows with mock-ups and prototypes for a global audience with a wide variety of accessibility needs and challenges.
Knowledge of product management practices and tools.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS standards to effectively communicate with engineers.
A high degree of empathy to understand the perspectives of our users and our teammates.
An advocate for great UX and ability to champion new possibilities for your product area.
Willing to teach and learn, supporting the growth of each member of the team.
A critical thinker who is able to tackle complex problems.
An individual who is driven by group outcomes - when the team wins, we all win.
Preferred
We use Figma but we like comparable experiences too.
We follow the Shape Up method and use Atlassian products, but we like comparable experience too.
