Responsibilities

Build machine learning models through all phases of development

Partner with engineering teams to improve operationalization in scalable production systems

Conduct experiments to guide improvements in customer experiences and business outcomes

Write software to collect, explore, and analyze numerical and textual data

Explore clickstream events to model customer behavior and outcomes

Develop real-time models using vast customer data to anticipate needs

Ensure data accuracy for important customer data and seamless digital experiences

Required

Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of experience in data analytics, or Master’s Degree plus 3 years in data analytics, or PhD in data analytics

At least 1 year of experience in open source programming languages for large scale data analysis

At least 1 year of experience with machine learning

At least 1 year of experience with relational databases

Preferred

Master’s Degree in STEM field plus 3 years of experience in data analytics, or PhD in STEM field

Specialized experience in Information Retrieval, NLP, Data-centric AI, and Knowledge Graphs

At least 3 years’ experience in PyTorch/Tensorflow

At least 3 years’ experience with machine learning

At least 1 year of experience working with AWS
