Responsibilities
Conduct a Rapid Diagnostic of current-state lending workflows, data flows, and LoanIQ usage
Identify platform gaps, operational pain points, and future scaling requirements
Recommend the target-state loan platform strategy (LoanIQ enhancements, modernization, integrations, or alternative models)
Define the project approach, key deliverables, required team composition, and high-level timeline for implementation
Facilitate stakeholder workshops across Operations, Technology, Risk, and Finance
Serve as primary SME on LoanIQ functionality, configuration options, and integration considerations
Present findings and the roadmap to senior leadership clearly and concisely
Qualification
Required
Hands-on LoanIQ experience (functional or technical)
Strong understanding of syndicated lending, servicing, and loan lifecycle processes
Experience developing target-state architecture or platform
