Responsibilities
Collaborate with client directors, project managers, and business development leads to manage the pursuit of development of multiple active, upcoming, and future opportunities
Facilitate strategy sessions, which can be region or pursuit-specific, to develop a plan, messaging, and strategy to pursue and win major projects
Support multiple pursuits using Miller Heiman tools to guide pursuit development and update Blue Sheets for each pursuit
Communicate and track progress on assignments and action items; share updates and new information with pursuit teams
Plan and facilitate team calls and other means to keep the strategy moving forward, including individual follow-up, preparation, and support of client meetings or interactions
Work with proposal coordinators and proposal managers to manage schedules and deadlines for pursuit strategies and deliverables
Collaborate with the full marketing team for pursuit, including coordinators, graphic designers, and others as needed
Write, edit, and proofread moderately complex communications materials, applying AP Stylebook principles in copyediting and standard brand guidelines
Review and edit documents for content accuracy, style, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Assist in the coordination of layout, artwork, and progress through production
Guide preparations for interviews and coach team members on delivery
Work with graphic designers to develop presentations and other materials when needed
Support the team throughout the entire pursuit process
Understand and implement CRM best practices throughout the pursuit lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Advanced experience with InDesign
Responding to RFPs for local government agencies
