Responsibilities

Day to day management of marketing initiatives, working collaboratively across teams, including Media, Design, Comms, PR, Consumer Insights, Product, Legal, Medical, and Regulatory.

Detail-oriented campaign management, including execution of briefings, campaign strategy, creative strategy & deliverables, ensuring meeting execution timelines and benchmarks, updating and maintaining marketing materials, and working with the team to develop in-sync and cohesive messaging.

Work closely with and help manage agencies and other brand partners.

Identify new optimization, innovation, and strategic campaign opportunities, with a foundation in cultural/industry trends, data, and insights.

Routing and management of reviews and approvals through appropriate internal and external channels.

Troubleshooting and resolving campaign challenges and logistical issues with follow-ups that are timely and actionable.

Support additional strategic campaign needs as necessary.

All other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

4+ years of brand-side or agency experience

Strategic and execution expertise in campaign management across various verticals and team dynamics

Effective time management and organization skills, attention to detail, and passionate commitment to meet campaign deadlines and goals

A can-do and self-starting attitude with strong communication skills and an ability to successfully multitask

Flexibility and comfortability working in a fast, high-paced growth culture, including the ability to react, respond and execute quickly to ad-hoc or real-time opportunities

Enthusiasm for working in a team environment

Ability to work from 23andMe's office in Sunnyvale, CA a minimum of three days per week
