Responsibilities

Monitors schedules, budgets, accounts receivable, and manpower requirements and prepares invoices.

Develops Project Management plans for assigned projects.

Establishes project pricing and budgets.

Creates and maintains project schedules.

Develops and maintains project-specific quality plans.

Develops and coordinates project scope.

Manages subconsultants.

Participates in client presentations.

Oversees and manages assigned staff working on projects.

Manages all technical resources on the project team.

Develops extra work order requests and open-end contract task proposals.

Coordinates and assists Section Heads, Office Managers, and Practice Leaders with marketing proposals.

Required

Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited engineering program

Professional Engineer License

10+ years’ experience in specialized discipline

Proficient in Microsoft Office

CAPM or PMP

Experience working with local clients at the county and state level

Project management and business development experience

Experience with multiple project delivery methods i.e. Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, P3

Experience managing multidiscipline project teams
