Responsibilities
Manages multiple job sites with a team of Project Managers and Superintendents
Participates in preconstruction services and engineering sessions
Identifies key subcontractors and promotes partnering sessions
Manages project financials and maintains knowledge of project budget
Analyzes subcontractors' financial ability, prepares revenue projections, and manages cash flow
Develops and maintains financial reports, sets up project schedule of values, and processes monthly owners requisitions
Manages change order process, assists in loss-control management, and enforces company policies
Recruits jobsite staff, enforces company policy, conducts evaluations, and promotes employee morale
Administers document control RFI process, prepares monthly reports, and implements crisis management plan
Manages field operations, conducts trade preconstruction meetings, coordinates subs, vendors, and permit inspections
Implements safety and quality control program, promotes client relations, and participates in client activities
Manages project closeout and post-construction services, participates in company-sponsored events and training programs
Performs other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline or 10 years experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the Construction Industry
Strong computer skills are a necessity, including familiarity with construction project management applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and are required to interface directly with owners' representatives, the engineering team, building departments and other team members
Strong leadership skills are required including, but not limited to coaching, mentoring and the ability to build and maintain motivated teams
Highly developed project management finance skills are required
