Responsibilities

Influence the technical vision of marketplace design including auction and responsible monetization, break them down into executable roadmaps and own the results.

Build and coach a team of exceptional software engineers and machine learning engineers.

Work closely with Product Managers, Data scientists and XFN stakeholders to develop marketplace strategies balancing long and short term business objectives.

Required

7+ years of experience in software development.

You have 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams.

BS/BA degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or equivalent years of experience

Preferred

Direct experience in auction & pricing, ad networks, demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), real-time bidding, budget pacing.

Experience with applying machine learning solutions.
