Responsibilities
Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software stack.
Review and debug code.
Remain current on new technologies; evaluate and make recommendations as necessary.
Mentor Software Engineers for skill/knowledge development.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across web properties, internal applications, and systems.
Support Quality Management System (QMS) for process improvement.
Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Required
7 years hands-on Java experience working with scalable back-end systems
Experience working in Linux environments
Experience in agile delivery, as well as DevOps
Competence in scripting languages such as Python, or Bash shell
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
Must possess excellent business judgment and a practical, common-sense approach to getting things done
Preferred
Salesforce/Apex, Elasticsearch, and/or WebRTC development experience is a plus
