Responsibilities
Liaison with suppliers on Supplier quality issues, customer complaints, CAPA, and improvement opportunities
Manage APCD Global ASL Onboarding / Scorecards and SME for Supplier process (Internal / External Audits)
Flexibility to work non-standard hours or alternate shifts to support work in North America & Asia
Utilize tools such as Minitab, SPC, and APQP
Report and facilitate Supplier Monthly Performance
Collaborate with QE and FAI Team on FAI process and Perform Supplier Survey and Audits
