Responsibilities
Promotes safety and site cleanliness on the job site and enforces Webcor's safety policy and procedures.
Assists in managing day-to-day field operations of assigned project(s) including planning, coordinating, and supervising subcontractors and vendors.
Leads, develops, and mentors more junior staff and provides timely feedback.
Interfaces with clients, vendors, inspectors, subcontractors, project management, and design teams.
Manages changes in schedule and scope, documentation related to OSHA and city permitting process.
Assists in organization and layout project site logistics, monitors and enforces QA/QC program, and oversees execution of the Webcor Punch List Program.

Required
Previous experience in federal project management
Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and approval from NAWS China Lake
Promotion of safety and site cleanliness on job site
Management of day-to-day field operations including planning, coordinating, and supervising subcontractors and vendors
Leadership and mentoring skills
Effective communication with clients, vendors, inspectors, subcontractors, project management, and design teams
Documentation management related to OSHA and city permitting process
Understanding and following subcontracts
Knowledge of hoisting requirements and OSHA regulations
Management of project site logistics
Monitoring and enforcing QA/QC program
Knowledge of Prime Contract and contract types
Cost control, budgeting, bid leveling, cost reporting, billing, and forecasting
Design coordination
Familiarity with building aspects including site work, structure, finishes, envelope, MEPS
Intermediate computer skills including MS Office proficiency
Knowledge of WinEst, OST, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software
Working knowledge of database information flow/costing software (CMiC)
Familiarity with project management software
Ability to process RFI's and submittals
Identifying and addressing safety issues
Leadership, development, and mentorship of junior staff
Effective communication skills
Decision quality and sound judgement
Customer focus and teamwork
Ability to escalate issues or conflicts
Building strong business relationships
Initiative and accountability for work deliverables
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Four years of construction or engineering experience with three years as a Project Engineer or equivalent
OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred)
LEED AP and/or GA certification
Range of base pay: $110,000-$127,800

Experience with CMiC software
