Responsibilities

Work with the Team on Safety, Quality, Production, and Cost improvements throughout the melt shop.

Collaborate with the team to refine processes and reach team goals.

Comply with a rotating work schedule, including 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, etc. as needed.

Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Steel/ManufacturingLeadership

Required

4-year degree in Engineering or related field

Preferred

3-5 Years Steel/Manufacturing Experience in an industrial setting
