Responsibilities

Backlog management including defining, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog for maximum value delivery.

Serve as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders to represent the customer's voice.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure the product backlog adds value.

Create clear and concise user stories in collaboration with technical, design, and business subject matter experts.

Escalate concerns to Product Manager and Fusion Implementation Lead.

Participate in Scrum meetings including Daily Standups, Sprint Refinement, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Demo.

Collaborate with Product Managers to demo at sprint demo meetings.

BA/Product Owner experience

Backlog management experience

Experience in defining, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog

Ability to ensure development team delivers maximum value to the business and customers

Experience in representing the customer's voice

Experience in creating stories on features working with technical, design, and business SME

Ability to elicit and document detailed product requirements from stakeholders

Experience in ensuring user stories are clear, concise, and acceptable by the development team

Collaboration experience with stakeholders including customers, product managers, development teams, and leadership

Ability to understand business needs and ensure product backlog delivers maximum value

Experience in escalating concerns to Product Manager and Fusion Implementation Lead

Attendance at Scrum Meetings including Daily Standups, Sprint Refinement, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Demo
