Responsibilities

Develop a Deep Understanding of E-Commerce Brands and Online Shoppers Serve as the voice of our customers, e-commerce brands looking to profitably grow their businesses, and of e-commerce shoppers, whose purchase decisions we are trying to influence.

Turn Insights into Action Collaborate with teammates in product, engineering, and data science to ideate on solutions and experiments to drive performance improvements, validate / disprove our most critical assumptions, and ultimately deliver on our core value proposition.

Design Flows and Experiences Take broad, conceptual concepts and create flows and experiences that meet users' needs, are simple, intuitive, and easy-to-use, and provide teammates with the right level of fidelity to execute on.
