Responsibilities
Office Management: Maintain stock of office supplies. Solicit needs from DGHP/OD staff. Prepare and submit orders for supplies, equipment, and training materials.
Manage Accounting Credit Card System MACCS Cardholder for purchase. Oversee and maintain office equipment. Support DGHP Property Custodian.
Assist with in/out processing of personnel and turn-key services for DGHP staff. Submit building/office maintenance requests. Support and serve as NCAMS Coordinator.
Assist in all travel preparation. Serve as Integrated Conference Attendance Portal (CAMS) POC for DGHP/OD, teams, and supported branch staff.

Required
Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
Ability to learn and become proficient in use of the CDC automated administrative systems
Ability to analyze administrative problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions
Communicate effectively orally and in writing
Ability to interact and provide assistance to government staff and customers around the world with the utmost courtesy and professionalism
Critical thinking skills and attention to detail and deadlines required
Strong organization and professional maturity
Possess strong work ethic, flexibility, optimism, creativity and personal motivation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various team members
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field OR equivalent years of experience
Minimum three (3) or more years of experience in performing listed tasks
