Responsibilities
Lead business-based deal negotiations (Statement of Works, order forms, etc).
Lead the bid process for large deals, including negotiating commercial terms and pricing.
Support the development and implementation of category strategies.
Establish and maintain relationships with business partners and key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and supplier performance.
Perform supplier optimization and due diligence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing activities with business requirements.
Analyze spend data and procurement metrics for cost-saving opportunities.
Contribute to supplier scorecards and performance metrics.
Support supplier diversity initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.

Required
3+ years of strategic sourcing, negotiation and other relevant procurement management experience in technology sourcing.
Bachelor Degree preferred.
Appropriate professional affiliations/certifications preferred.
Proficiency in computer applications, business and industry analysis, financial analysis, supplier selection and management, contract negotiations, conflict management, decision making, strategic thinking.
Has demonstrated the ability to lead a work effort to negotiate price, rates, details, contract terms and conditions.
Analytical ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans.
Ability to establish strong relationships through business partnering.
Must possess good individual communication skills Is able to multi task.
Has demonstrated the ability to manage large projects across multiple parties while delivering results.
Has demonstrated the ability to handle difficult situations with clients and/or vendor negotiations.
Preferred
Bachelor Degree preferred.
