Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our cybersecurity product portfolio, aligning with the company's overall objectives and market trends

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify key market needs, emerging trends, and growth opportunities in the cybersecurity landscape

Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize and drive the development of new features, enhancements, and product capabilities that deliver maximum value to our customers

Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and technical feasibility

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and collateral that drive product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, customers, and partners on all matters related to the cybersecurity product portfolio, providing timely updates, insights, and guidance

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), usage metrics, and customer feedback to measure the success and impact of our products, iterating and optimizing based on data-driven insights

Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats, industry trends, and regulatory requirements, integrating relevant advancements into our product roadmap and strategy

Support sales and marketing efforts through participation in customer meetings, product demonstrations, webinars, and industry events, showcasing our cybersecurity solutions and thought leadership

Collaborate with strategic partners, technology vendors, and industry associations to enhance the value proposition of our cybersecurity products and drive ecosystem integration

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field

Experience in product management roles, focusing on B2B software products, preferably in the cybersecurity domain, typically obtained in 4-6 years

Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices, with knowledge of threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management

Proven track record of successfully leading the development and launch of software products, from conception to market adoption, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product strategies and initiatives

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar
