Responsibilities

Lead the development, scale-up, and optimization of cosmetic and OTC skincare products.

Oversee the validation of OTC/NHP products to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Perform technical audits on contract manufacturers and conduct annual audits for risk mitigation.

Design and execute experiments at various scales for process and product development.

Execute batching and filling operations in regulated environments.

Utilize statistical analysis for data collection and analysis, creating reports.

Take ownership of technical transfer projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Create and maintain manufacturing work instructions and product specifications.

Required

Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering

Minimum of 3 plus years of experience in Process/Product Development Engineering within the consumer-packaged goods industry

Proficient in GMP, GDP, GLP, and experienced in manufacturing process design

Strong technical management skills with third-party manufacturers and cross-functional partners

Expertise in root cause analysis, data collection and analysis, process improvement/optimization, and technical writing

Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Team, SAP, and Coptis and/or Ithos databases
