Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day performance of multiple inspection teams located at various project sites across the Middle East.
Coordinate, communicate, and report to the Government Client on a daily basis.
Review and implement drawings, specifications, QC plans, safety plans, Property Management systems, Health & Safety plans, and oversee the development of project deliverables.
Provide inputs for finalizing the project plan and make adjustments for unforeseen events.
Maintain a tracking log of deficiencies during construction, develop a final punch list, and oversee its completion.
Lead safety briefings to the Client, complete daily reports on work progress, and monitor cost, quality, safety, and schedules.
Monitor compliance with project requirements and regulations, and coordinate inspection teams and suppliers/vendors.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree
Ten years of project management experience –related experience preferable in military environment or an equivalent combination of related education and experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance
