Help define the future technical strategy for the front-end team

Evolve the current architecture to deliver a highly performant trading experience

Collaborate with backend and protocol engineers for seamless blockchain integration

Work with multi-functional teams to develop the best overall product

Required

Previously been in a technical leadership role driving work for large groups of engineers (10+)

Experience delivering complex front-end products start to finish, for example migrating multiple products onto a new technology stack

A track record of mentoring junior and senior engineers

A passion for working with users, great user experience, and working with blockchains

Attention to detail, especially around performance, reliability and security

Preferred

You've worked on high quality products in the finance or security space

You have experience building open source, decentralized websites that interact with blockchains

You have a strong interest in decentralized finance
