Responsibilities
Identifies, analyzes, and monitors issues affecting profitability, growth, and productivity.
Develops analytics and reporting packages to analyze manufacturing costs, volume performance, and strategy plans.
Assists in contract management updates and reporting, as well as other ad hoc responsibilities related to financial projects.
Compiles data for annual reports, prepares financial presentation materials, and maintains financial models.
Uses financial analysis techniques to provide counsel to business area partners and management.

Required
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
3-7 years of financial analysis experience
Experience and understanding of financial systems
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion
Knowledge of procedural controls and data validation techniques
Professional with strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems
Professional presence with ability to interact with senior leadership
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast-paced environment
