Responsibilities

Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain systems while isolating and resolving problems involving applications, operating systems, hardware, communications, or infrastructure.

Install and load operating system and application software.

Integrate new technologies into new and existing systems, including the transition and migration of corporate systems.

Provide systems and account administration consistent with system requirements to support remote system service.

Troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Required

Experience with implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems

Experience with installs and loads operating system and application software

Experience with integrating new technologies into new and existing systems

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

HS diploma or GED

Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire

Preferred

Experience with hand-off of problem reports to appropriate client leadership

Experience with providing systems and account administration consistent with system requirements to support remote system service

Experience with providing support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers

Experience with troubleshooting, maintaining integrity, and configuring network components

Experience with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance

Bachelor's degree

Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification
