Responsibilities

Leads and coordinates multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met within budget and schedule.

Defines projects in collaboration with stakeholders, determining client's programmatic needs.

Manages design process to ensure plans meet functional program, budget, and regulatory requirements.

Establishes an efficient design review process to meet project objectives.

Provides clear direction to architects/engineers on goals, standards, site, schedule, and budget.

Manages project plans, meetings, communication, and follow-up to move projects to conclusion.

Oversees equipment and signage planning, delivery, and installation; serves as liaison for furniture vendors.

Tracks, maintains, and audits budgets for projects; provides routine reporting on expenses.

Maintains databases for furniture and equipment vendors, product costs, and finishes.
