Responsibilities

Create/program/update dashboards for all teams with examples like actual versus planned route time and cash processing KPIs.

Maintain data quality and build reports to notify teams of issues for operational improvements.

Leverage systems, relationships, and process design to drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and efficiency.

Maintain positive Employee Relations and work environment, while creating a cooperative team atmosphere of employee engagement.

Maintain the highest level of integrity, dignity, and standards both internally and externally to protect the Brink’s reputation.

Required

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analysis and preparation

Intermediate to high level of technical skills in PowerBi, Excel and Tableau

Understanding of project KPIs (e.g., Targets vs Actuals, Baseline vs Forecast)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience

Preferred

5+ years’ experience in data analysis and preparation

Knowledge in supply chain analytics

Master’s Degree or equivalent level of experience
