Responsibilities
Become a subject matter expert in Acra Lending products and programs, eligibility parameters, and pricing
Develop and execute a prospecting plan for bringing mortgage brokers onboard
Prepare call lists and take actions to draw in and sustain business
Win business through deepening contact networks within new and existing accounts
Submit clean and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals
Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline
Perform other duties as assigned

Required
Four-year Bachelor degree from an accredited institution with focus on finance, real-estate, marketing, sales, or equivalent
High school diploma recipient
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office products, word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
Knowledge and understanding of web search via popular search engines, Google, Bing, etc.
Aggressive, go-getter attitude and epic closing skills
Sales experience is required
Mortgage experience strongly preferred
Current and non-restricted driver’s license and adequate car insurance
