Responsibilities

Lead technical decision-making and implementation of multiple complex projects that establish Ramp.com as the gold standard for lead generation and product marketing

Build design systems and foster a culture of upholding industry-leading UX

Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the code base, productivity, and team

Inspire and mentor less experienced engineers and interns

Required

Minimum of 5 years of frontend engineering experience

Strong proficiency in Next.js and familiarity with Vercel’s server-side rendering capabilities

Professional experience building enterprise-grade marketing sites from the ground up

Strong debugging and performance optimization experience

Strong knowledge of A/B testing concepts

Stellar communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience with a content management system (CMS), particularly Sanity studio

Experience with Tailwind CSS

Experience with dynamic web personalization

Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
