Responsibilities
Achieve key performance indicators in premium volume, loan units, program entity growth, and profitability based on the assigned book of business.
Follow up on all quote activities within the AEA queue in a timely manner to win new opportunities and retain renewals.
Service program entities by providing premium finance quotations, credit analysis, and documentation completion accurately and promptly.
Develop strategies with Sales Executives to develop new prospects and penetrate program entities for additional business opportunities.
Document program entities within Salesforce and review agency variances for necessary actions.
Maintain knowledge of tools used by customers and communicate effectively with Sales Executives and Regional Managers.
Provide legendary service to all customer inquiries, submit required documentation for execution, and conduct program entity visitations.
Participate in CE Credit Classes, attend events, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Perform various other duties as requested by Management.
