Responsibilities

Managing a team of Live Ops Product managers.

Providing mentorship, skill development, feedback, and recognition to team members.

Collaborating with team members to set goals and conducting performance reviews.

Defining and executing the Live Game strategy, including promotions and events.

Monitoring users' engagement and ensuring the game's appeal and excitement on a daily basis.

Initiating new Live Ops features and improvements based on analytics.

Running the game's special offers and sales, focusing on engagement through events and promotions.

Planning testing strategies for Live Ops events and tuning strategy changes.

Reviewing daily KPIs, evaluating competitors, and seeking improvement opportunities.

Required

Proven record of management experience.

Must be passionate about the product and has a strong desire to move the genre forward.

Motivated to win market share while building a high-quality product.

4+ years relevant experience

Preferred

MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience in gaming, social, online casino, or consumer mobile live service products.

PLUS: Previously worked designing events/promotions on a mobile game.
