Responsibilities

Design Creation: Assist in creating various design materials, including but not limited to logos, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website elements, animation and motion graphics, and other marketing collateral.
Design Modifications: Collaborate with the design team to make necessary modifications and revisions to existing designs based on feedback and requirements.
Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency throughout all design projects, ensuring adherence to established brand guidelines and standards.
Layout and Composition: Apply principles of design, typography, and color theory to create visually compelling and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Asset Editing: Perform basic image editing tasks, such as cropping, resizing, retouching, and color adjustments, to enhance the visual appeal of designs.
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the design team and other senior stakeholders to understand project objectives and strategies, gather requirements, KPI’s and deliver high-quality designs within established deadlines and budget.
File Management: Organize and maintain design files, ensuring proper version control and accessibility for the team.
Research and Inspiration: Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to the team.
Brainstorm and communicate effectively with marketing, communications, and other teams and collaborate with various teams to conceptualize creative communications fulfilling project objectives.
Stay current on the latest industry standards and trends for programs, hardware, and design to better develop creative and innovative ways to make graphic assets visually engaging.
Creates motion/animated graphics for the company’s promotional videos, trailers, and other media channels.
Other design requirements and responsibilities as necessary.

Required

2 –3 years of proven work experience as a designer
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital marketing, or related field from a prominent design school
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design principles, layout, motion, and typography
Proficient Mac user
Intermediate hierarchy, layout, and typography skill set
Knowledge of color theory and balance
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop unique design concepts that effectively communicate messages and evoke desired emotions
Strong eye for detail and the ability to deliver accurate and precise designs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project requirements
Excellent attention to detail and possesses strong organizational skills
Experienced in reformatting and resizing digital and print files to multiple dimensions and file format
Sketching, illustration ability, and growing skills in photo retouching, photo manipulation and compositing
Effective organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines and budgets
A team-oriented, positive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving design trends, technologies, and project requirements
A strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities and demonstrating your understanding of design principles and techniques
Must be motivated with an “Everything is possible” attitude
Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small

Preferred

Previous agency experience (internships, etc.) strongly preferred
Exposure to Figma
Video, Motion, and Animation skills are a HUGE plus
