Responsibilities

Develops and implements business approaches and strategies.

Ensures business rules and practices are followed for all major processes.

Accountable for recruitment, management, and retention of staff.

Develops strong relationships with clients / stakeholders.

Manages delivery of services, programs, and staff.

Tracks progress and performance of programs, offices, services, and staff.

Manages project budget and invoicing.

Ensures compliance with regulations and performance measures.

Identifies trends in compliance issues and business practices.

Ensures maintenance of standard operating procedures.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a related business discipline, or equivalent work experience

5+ years relevant work experience as an operations manager or lead client account manager, including management of subcontractors

Knowledge of Medicaid program integrity operations

Excellent leadership, management, and written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources

Ability to engage and develop relationships with multiple agencies organizations, and stakeholders

Ability to work across all levels of management and staff

Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with federal, state, and county agencies, as well as the general public
