Responsibilities

Operate and enhance the firm’s vulnerability management lifecycle, including scanning, threat intelligence review, risk assessment, and remediation tracking

Establish and maintain secure configuration standards, baseline controls, and asset visibility across on-prem and cloud environments

Track and report security metrics, evidence, and control effectiveness to support governance and compliance efforts

Participate in security incident detection, investigation, and response activities

Research, pilot, and recommend new security tools and capabilities to strengthen defenses

Partner with infrastructure, cloud, application, and endpoint teams to identify security gaps and drive remediation efforts

Support third-party risk management through vendor security reviews and assessments

Deliver security guidance and training to employees to reinforce secure behaviors

Assist with the planning and support of physical security systems and controls

Qualification

Required

4+ experience in cybersecurity or security engineering roles

Experience managing security technologies such as EDR, SIEM, IAM, vulnerability scanning tools, encryption solutions, and network and cloud security controls

Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret security data and prioritize risk
