Responsibilities

Develop, support, and enhance reports and dashboards across the enterprise.
Apply communication and problem-solving skills to continue developing Analytics capabilities.
Coach and mentor junior analysts.
Utilize data analysis, data mining, and data visualization skills.
Translate business needs into technical solutions.
Implement reporting and business intelligence best practices.
Work on high performing Agile/Scrum teams.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business/Computer Science or similar
3+ years of experience with Microsoft BI Stack – or combination of relevant technologies
Solid understanding of BI concepts, and the ability to articulate these concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in business data modeling, metadata structure and business subject areas for key business processes
Familiarity with Agile methodology and Scrum framework

Experience working on high performing Agile/Scrum teams
