Responsibilities
Lead and oversee a Vertical Product Marketing team in developing an integrated marketing strategy and managing marketing plans to achieve designated KPIs across different product lines in the vertical.
Partner with business stakeholders and sales leads to develop marketing initiatives to meet business objectives across both B2C, B2B/B2I, and B2B2C audiences.
Develop messaging strategy, positioning, differentiators, proof points, and value proposition for products.
Research and analyze economic trends, competitive landscape, industry trends, buying habits and cycles, and demographic characteristics of target markets, translating findings into actionable strategies.
Act as the marketing expert for internal products and external competitive offerings within the vertical.
Implement innovative ideas to increase market share.
Understand student needs throughout their educational journey and the needs of educators and administrators supporting students.
Develop and maintain strong relationships internally and externally with teams and partners.
Manage, coach, and develop the product marketing team by providing clear roles and responsibilities, expectations, performance, and development opportunities.

Required
Bachelor's Degree required
7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Knowledge of the post-secondary educational landscape a plus
Analytical skills, able to interpret multiple data sets to identify trends
Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PP
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
