Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the Engineering Services system for a property or group of properties.
Identify and implement OM&R Strategies to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient client facilities within a geographic territory.
Execute JLL Quality control audits and inspections throughout the territory and provide deficiency reports to supervisors.
Provide technical assistance, training, and support including Root Cause Analysis, CMMS administration, and vendor management.
Perform hands-on repair & maintenance work on various systems associated with the operation of a commercial property.
Ensure client satisfaction by providing a seamless interface with the client's real estate organization.
Effectively manage relationships with team members, contractors, clients, and customers.
Schedule and prioritize work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
Engage others to gain cooperation and teamwork.
Conduct performance counseling and management of direct reports.
Supervise day-to-day issues as they arise.
Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness, and creativity in safety practices.
Train and coach a workforce of Lead Engineers, Facility Engineers, and Maintenance Technicians.
Establish training goals and develop best practices.
Implement programs and procedures to reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
Ensure compliance with work flow management and standard operating systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and repair service work on building systems and equipment.
Recognize and meet customer needs while maintaining professional standards.
Continuously improve processes, systems, and client satisfaction.

Internet and web-based applications usage
Handheld electronic devices usage
