Responsibilities

Lead strategic projects to drive value in cost improvement and top-line growth

Manage large IT projects, define project requirements, scope, timeline, and resources

Participate in building logical and physical architecture diagrams for supported systems

Develop to-be solution alternatives, write functional requirements, configure and test solutions

Adhere to Amcor change control and SDLC processes

Collaborate with development resources to ensure requirements are met and solution effectiveness

Lead data conversion, validation efforts, and post-live support for system implementations

Mentor and develop junior applications specialists, promote information sharing across sites

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred in computer science, management information systems, business or a related field or equivalent experience

7+ years of work experience in IT, including Software Development (SDLC) and Project Management experience

Experienced in (APPLICATION AREA) LES, APO, PP, MM, QM FI CO modules customizing (minimum 5 years)

Expertise in data structures and relationships

Knowledge of end-to-end architecture standards involving areas of expertise

Excellent problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communications with the ability to effectively translate technical terms and concepts to the business. Critical thinking, initiative, independent thinking, sound judgement and agility

Results orientated with the ability to multi-task, respond to needs quickly and meet deadlines

Ability to self-prioritize and use well established organizational skills with the ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team

Demonstrated drive, purpose, high engagement, and ownership

Fluent English. Other languages are advantageous
