Responsibilities

Lead contract negotiation efforts with business partners.

Analyze, evaluate, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements.

Collaborate with corporate leadership, project managers, and other personnel during the contracting process.

Produce and communicate legal analysis to senior management.

Ensure timely and professional communications with all departments.

Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Required

Undergraduate degree (B.A. or B.S.)

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission in good standing to a state bar. (PA bar preferred)

Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience

Minimum of 2+ years of in-house legal department work experience

Must have verifiable experience reviewing and drafting contracts

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Appropriate and professional oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated leadership qualities, including effective management of multiple priorities, strong organizational skills, maintenance of business relationships, and team building

Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of operating independently
