Responsibilities

Execute craftsmanship strategy in partnership with Master Tailor or Manager of Tailor Shop.
Execute and responsible for basic alteration services (i.e. Hemming, patch and repair, tapering, etc.)
Ability to partner with the Master and Manager of Tailor Shop on additional projects when needed
Exemplify and possess strong customer service skills to elevate our clients experience
Demonstrate the ability to articulate and carry out all services of the Tailor Shop
Educate and train store teams on customer offerings and services – Brand Ambassador

Qualification

Denim Industry KnowledgeTextiles/FabricsSewingTailoringTextile RepairDetail-orientedDesign-orientedCommunication Skills

Required

Working understanding of denim industry and current/upcoming trends
Basic understanding of textiles and fabrics
Skilled in sewing, tailoring and textile repair
Detail and design oriented
Strong communication skills both internally and externally
Minimum of 1-3 years experience operating industrial sewing machines
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shifts

Preferred

Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred
Formal Training in apparel design preferred
