Responsibilities
Defining and articulating requirements for major features.
Conducting user research and market research to identify customer needs and pain points.
Prioritizing feature development to maximize value and meet customer needs.
Managing the design process to ensure the feature addresses the problems identified.
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
Leading the end-to-end product development process, engaging cross-functional teams and stakeholders ensuring alignment.
Defining user personas and user stories to guide feature development.
Leading user acceptance testing and the release of new features into production.
Incorporating customer feedback into the product development process.
Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating cross-functional activities, developing marketing collateral, and ensuring smooth rollout to customers.
Able to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance. Monitor product usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction, and use data to drive optimization and iteration.
Able to identify and mitigate risks that may impact product success, such as technical challenges, market changes, or competitive threats. Proactively address issues and adapt strategies as needed.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience (10+ years) in product management or related roles, working on B2B/B2C products
Strong understanding of product development methodologies, process and tools
Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and execute on product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
Knowledge of relevant industry trends, technologies and practices
In-depth understanding of product development process
Strong customer empathy and ability to translate customer needs into product requirements
Proficiency in product analytics and metrics
Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Aha!)
Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build consensus
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably with experience working in a SAFe environment
Preferred
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and methods
