Responsibilities
Configure company global networks to ensure their available and stable operation for fulfilling Collectors goals and objectives.
Maintain network observability and escalate incidents following company policies and procedures.
Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SD-WAN, LAN, WiFi networks, distribution switches, core switches and central networks, cloud connectivity.
Ensure network connectivity of all users.
Maintain a state of constant network availability.
Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.
Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports.
Participate in managing all network security solutions in alignment with the Information Security team (InfoSec).
Onsite field work, racking, stacking, installing and configuring network appliances.
Perform network and security audits, and system backups and recovery.

Required
Proven experience and success with SD-WAN, LAN, WAN, WLAN design and implementation in global network environments.
Proven experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management best practices.
Advanced level knowledge in Cisco routing and switching.
Advanced level knowledge in Cisco and Meraki wireless technologies.
Good knowledge of firewall and security.
Good understanding about Cisco network management tool DNA Center (Catalyst), Automation experience is a plus.
Good understanding about SD-WAN. Knowledge of Cato SD-WAN preferred.
Good understanding about F5 load balancer with Local Traffic Management.
Excellent hardware and network troubleshooting experience.
Competence with network testing tools.
Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required.
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
Highly self-motivated and directed, with a keen attention to detail.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Strong customer service orientation.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Required certifications: Cisco (CCNP)
