Responsibilities
Assist with planning, monitoring, and managing all aspects of multiple, small to large-scale construction projects.
Verify and track contractor and project completion according to project plans.
Support project planning, resourcing, progress reporting, contractor management, and troubleshooting.
Monitor project and contractor performance, track schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions.
Track project schedules and verify materials, equipment, and resources are delivered per approved submittals, plans, and specifications.
Support field and office through critical analysis of submittals, shop drawings, and project plans.
Support quality assurance and control through field verification and documentation of completed work.
Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to Senior Project Managers.
Promote safety by assisting with the implementation of all applicable HSE programs.
Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
Assist with the preparation of project reports.
Confer with project personnel to resolve problems, make recommendations, and escalate as appropriate.
Assist with the RFP process, creation, and development of proposals.
Coordinate and track the RFI, ASI, and IDC processes.
Assist with the processing of contract bonds, insurance, pay applications, correspondence, change estimates, and change orders.
Read, understand, and comment on construction documents and contract specifications.
Ability to travel to projects throughout the Hunt portfolio, at times with limited notice.
Projects located on military installations may require obtaining appropriate security clearances.

Required
Bachelor's Degree Civil Engineering, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
High School Diploma or GED With Construction experience Required
1-3 years Professional experience, preferably in construction, development or engineering with understanding of project management and construction processes.
Requires a self-motivated, team player who pays close attention to detail and who can prioritize in a fast-moving environment with excellent learning, organization and communication abilities. Effectively receive directions and independently carry out tasks to completion. Takes initiative to identify and anticipate management needs and make recommendations for implementation.
Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team environment.
Requires working knowledge of construction plans and specifications for large scale developments
Strong time management and organization skills.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications - Word and Excel proficiency is required.
Preferred
1-3 years Professional experience, preferably in construction, development or engineering with understanding of project management and construction processes.
