Responsibilities

Build and execute an operational plan to deliver outstanding client experience and meet client contract SLA requirements.
Respond to client's requests and inquiries, develop proactive communications, and establish strong collaborative relationships.
Drive successful implementation and execution of programs, campaigns, and projects.
Track statuses of current programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize processes for excellent customer experiences.
Develop overall knowledge of client’s business, stay updated on digital landscape, and support development of promotional programs.
Coordinate client-ready assets, establish trusted relationships, and work with multiple departments to execute campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
Develop and manage effective program ROI, track campaign performance, and share insights with internal partners.
Liaison with internal teams to execute technical solutions, leverage technology for process optimization, and assist in developing automated solutions.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field; MBA preferred
5-7 years of experience in Retail and/or CPG industry; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position
Knowledge of digital promotions preferred
Ability to professionally handle client issues and maintain good business relations
Ability to communicate, cultivate relationships and partner with various internal customers and external stakeholders
Ability to learn and understand common retailer metrics at all levels of retailer business hierarchy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of products
