Work in a multi-office, team-based environment
Qualification
Required
Current NY Bar admission
J.D. degree from accredited law school
20+ years practicing tax law, with experience in partnership tax, corporate tax, and tax structuring, including with respect to mergers and acquisitions
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and promptly respond to client's needs
Strong organizational, time management and project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a multi-office, team-based environment
Preferred
An LLM in tax law or a CPA license in NY is helpful but not required
Tax credit experience is helpful but not required
